Film Of Akshay Kumar’s caught in name controversy

The upcoming flick THANK YOU is in debate and it is because of the name. The film is not far from launching days and is now stuck in conflict. Bollywood film director Pooja Bhatt is on a way to submit case over flick THANK YOU. She claims that, “As shortly as UTV released the movie, I published to my organization that the name belonged to me.
The organization verified the name was in my personal title. But it has been more than a year and absolutely nothing has occurred. The organization requires me to accept a negotiation, but I will not do this. What’s the utilization of an organization if it can’t safeguard its members’ legal rights? I must go to courtroom.”On this matters Vikas Mohan, AMPTPP VP claims, “We had rejected to provide Thank You to UTV, but they got it removed by IMPPA.
Pooja can register a claim and we’ll assistance her.” While UTV Boss Siddharth Roy mentioned, “We certified Thank You with IMPPA in 08. When there was a contest among IMPPA and AMPTPP, the issue went just before the Filmmakers Merge, which dominated in our support. We’ve the paperwork and settlement from the censor panel too.”
